§1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below unless the context requires otherwise:

§2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing or using the 209 pub Platform in any manner — including but not limited to registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the Platform.

2.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 209 pub concerning your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior representations, communications, and agreements relating to such subject matter.

2.3 If you are acting on behalf of another individual or accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent that you have the authority to bind such party to these Terms. 209 pub assumes no liability arising from unauthorized use of Accounts.

2.4 209 pub reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated via the Platform. Continued use after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

§3 Eligibility

3.1 To be eligible to use the 209 pub Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• Be at least 21 years of age as of the date of registration;
• Be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable law;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether through 209 pub or any other regulated gaming operator;
• Not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of 209 pub or any of its affiliates, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• Be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or trustee of any third party.

3.2 209 pub reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time to verify eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.

3.3 Players who have previously been excluded or whose Accounts have been terminated for violations of these Terms are not eligible to re-register without express written authorization from 209 pub.

§4 Account Registration

4.1 Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the 209 pub Platform. Opening or maintaining multiple Accounts — including Accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

4.2 At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. 209 pub is not responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate registration information.

4.3 You agree to promptly update your registration information in the event of any change. Material discrepancies between your registration data and your KYC documents may result in Account suspension pending resolution.

4.4 KYC verification, including submission of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document, is required before any withdrawal is processed. Acceptable identification includes:

• Philippine National ID (PhilSys ID)
• Passport (Philippine or foreign, valid)
• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Other government-issued photo ID as accepted by 209 pub at its discretion

4.5 Account registration constitutes confirmation that all information provided is truthful and that the registrant meets all eligibility criteria. Fraudulent registration is subject to criminal referral where supported by applicable law.

§5 Player Obligations

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances. 209 pub will never request your password.

5.2 You are responsible for all activities conducted through your Account, whether or not such activities were authorized by you. If you believe your Account has been compromised, you must notify 209 pub support immediately.

5.3 You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any commercial exploitation of the Platform, including participation in arbitrage schemes, syndicated betting, or the use of automated tools, is strictly prohibited.

5.4 You agree to access the Platform only from jurisdictions where such access is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your applicable jurisdiction.

5.5 You agree not to use VPN, proxy, or other anonymization tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location when accessing 209 pub.

§6 Deposits & Payments

6.1 All financial transactions on the 209 pub Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 209 pub currently accepts deposits via the following methods:

• GCash — instant credit upon confirmation
• PayMaya (Maya) — instant credit upon confirmation
• BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands) — processed within 1–3 business hours
• BDO (Banco de Oro) — processed within 1–3 business hours
• Metrobank — processed within 1–3 business hours
• InstaPay — processed per InstaPay network timelines
• PESONet — processed per PESONet batch schedules

6.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction or per period, as displayed in your Account settings or communicated at the point of deposit.

6.3 209 pub accepts only deposits from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Funds received from unidentified or third-party sources may be quarantined pending investigation and are subject to forfeiture.

6.4 209 pub is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing schedules, or network outages. Players should contact their payment provider for disputes arising from the payment side of a transaction.

§7 Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players whose Accounts have successfully completed KYC verification. Unverified Accounts may not process withdrawals.

7.2 Withdrawals will be processed only to a payment account registered in the Player's own name and matching the identity documents provided during KYC. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

7.3 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated. Withdrawal requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.

7.4 Estimated withdrawal processing timelines:

• GCash / PayMaya: Typically within 30 minutes to 3 business hours for verified Accounts
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank: Typically within 1–3 business hours during banking days
• InstaPay / PESONet: Subject to network batch schedules

7.5 209 pub reserves the right to request additional documentation or to conduct enhanced verification before processing withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified promptly of any such requirement.

7.6 Bonus Funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only Real Money Funds and bonus funds that have met all applicable wagering conditions may be withdrawn.

7.7 In cases where 209 pub suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, withdrawal processing may be suspended pending investigation. 209 pub will cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities as required.

§8 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 209 pub may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback, and other incentives to eligible Players. Each promotion is governed by specific terms and conditions stated at the point of offer, which supplement these general Terms.

8.2 All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements must be satisfied before any portion of the bonus funds or associated winnings becomes eligible for withdrawal.

8.3 General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless otherwise specified:

• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly permits otherwise;
• Bonuses are valid for a specified period from the date of issuance, after which unused bonus funds and associated wagering progress will expire;
• Bonuses are personal and may not be transferred, assigned, or shared;
• Only eligible game types contribute to wagering requirements — the contribution percentage varies by game category and will be specified in the relevant promotion terms;
• Bets placed during a promotional period that are later voided, reversed, or cancelled do not count toward wagering requirements.

8.4 209 pub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will not retroactively affect bonuses already accepted and in progress, except where required for regulatory compliance or fraud prevention.

8.5 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting bonus mechanics through coordinated play, or any attempt to extract value from promotional offers contrary to their intended purpose — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds, cancellation of associated winnings, and Account suspension.

§9 Gaming Rules

9.1 Each game available on the 209 pub Platform is governed by its individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing wagers.

9.2 Outcomes of games using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology are determined by certified algorithms designed to produce random, unpredictable, and statistically fair results. 209 pub does not manipulate RNG outcomes in any way.

9.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communications failure during a game round, that round may be declared void at 209 pub's sole discretion, and any amounts wagered during the void round will be returned to the Player's balance. 209 pub is not liable for losses arising from genuine system malfunctions.

9.4 In the event of a discrepancy between the outcome displayed on the Player's device and the outcome recorded on 209 pub's server systems, the server-side record shall be definitive. Players who observe discrepancies should report them immediately to support.

9.5 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. 209 pub reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

§10 Prohibited Conduct

10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 209 pub Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering multiple Accounts, whether directly or through proxy;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using software, bots, scripts, automation tools, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or pricing anomalies ("bug exploitation");
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to influence game outcomes;
• Depositing or transacting with funds derived from illegal or unauthorized sources (money laundering);
• Using another person's payment account or identity to register or fund an Account;
• Engaging in chargeback fraud — disputing legitimate transactions with payment providers after using the funds on the Platform;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 209 pub staff or other Platform users;
• Attempting to circumvent geographic restrictions through VPN, proxy, or similar means;
• Any other conduct that 209 pub reasonably determines to be fraudulent, abusive, or contrary to the spirit of fair play.

§11 Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on the 209 pub Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, audio, and user interface elements — is the proprietary property of 209 pub or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

11.3 Any unauthorized use of 209 pub intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may expose the infringing party to civil and criminal liability.

§12 Responsible Gaming

12.1 209 pub provides the following Responsible Gaming Tools to all registered Players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit;
• Loss Limits: Caps on net losses over a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Automatic alerts and session termination after a specified play duration;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account restrictions for a specified period (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or time-limited exclusion from the Platform, preventing Account access and any marketing communications.

12.2 Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, 209 pub will not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to the excluded Account until the exclusion period has expired or, in the case of permanent exclusion, indefinitely.

12.3 Players who are self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering new Accounts. Any Account opened by a self-excluded Player will be closed upon identification, and any funds therein will be reviewed in accordance with applicable regulations.

§13 Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 209 pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or regulatory violation;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• Receipt of a regulatory or law enforcement directive requiring Account action;
• Any other conduct that 209 pub determines, in good faith, to be harmful to the Platform or other Players.

13.2 Upon termination for cause, 209 pub may withhold or forfeit all Account balances, including Real Money Funds, subject to applicable regulatory requirements and the outcome of any investigation. Where 209 pub determines that funds are not subject to forfeiture, such funds will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following the conclusion of any investigation.

13.3 Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the 209 pub support team. Upon Account closure, any remaining Real Money Funds will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment account, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal procedures. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

§14 Limitation of Liability

14.1 The 209 pub Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 209 pub disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, relating to the Platform and its content.

14.2 209 pub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

14.3 In circumstances where 209 pub's liability cannot be excluded by applicable law, our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14.4 209 pub is not responsible for the conduct of third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications providers. Disputes with such parties should be directed to the applicable third party.

14.5 Nothing in these Terms limits 209 pub's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable Philippine law.

§15 Amendments to Terms

15.1 209 pub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email notification and/or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of the change.

15.2 Non-material amendments — such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or minor structural reorganizations that do not alter the substantive rights or obligations of Players — may be made without advance notice.

15.3 The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this document. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15.4 If you object to any amendment to these Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 13.3.

§16 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

16.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

16.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation between the parties for a period of thirty (30) days.

16.3 If the dispute is not resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all such disputes.

16.4 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
